When in Rome...


WELCOME TO ANCIENT ROME!

You will go to the following link and take a Roman Emperor personality test:

You will note that your objective is to closely match/become one Roman emperor!  Have fun!  Next, you will answer the following questions: 1) Identify your emperor and provide three accomplishments! 2) Identify how this emperor furthered Roman civilization by identifying one of the FIVE CHARACTERISTICS OF CIVILIZATION and 3) Characterize AND explain one thing that your emperor did to further develop Rome that falls under one of the FIVE CHARACTERISTICS OF CIVILIZATION.
So, in order to get CREDIT you must:

1) Take the Roman Emperor personality quiz and become one Roman Emperor
2) Identify one of the FIVE CHARACTERISTICS OF CIVILIZATION 
3) Categorize and explain one action that your emperor took that can be characterized as one of the FIVE CHARACTERISTICS OF CIVILIZATION and explain why

4) Make sure that you sign off using your first name and first initial of your last name ONLY!
5) Make sure that NO ONE ELSE has written about your topics already! (Everyone has to write about a different topic to get the points!)

What do YOU think about the Code of Hammurabi??


Great job on your last blog entries everyone! Now, you are ready to take on your next EXTRA CREDIT challenge!  We have been studying the Code of Hammurabi in class. It is your turn to assess the Code of Hammurabi . So, in order to get EXTRA CREDIT you must:
1) Explain whether or not you think we should adopt the Code of Hammurabi at Cary-Grove High School.  (Either yes, we should or no, we shouldn't)
