What Would Louis Do?

Louis XIV was the ultimate Absolute Monarch and many other rulers wanted to imitate him.  Throughout history we have studied many rulers that acted like Louis XIV.  Please identify a ruler throughout who would have acted like Louis XIV and provide three reasons why you know this!
