I am most like Baldassare Castiglione. Castiglione was a renaissance man skilled in the arts, knew several languages, intellectual, and behaved well. We are alike because both behave well around people, more intellectual than the average person, and was more brain than brawn.

I am most like, but not entirely like, Niccolo Machiavelli. He was a diplomat, political philosopher, and historian. All of those things are very important to me. Also, we both provide a realistic view on government. However, while Machiavelli was unconcerned with virtue, I apply it at the appropriate times.

I think I'm most like Shakespeare because he does a lot of writing and I like to write. Also he did many plays and I'm involved with the theater at school. Finally he focuses on human emotions and I'm very social.

I am most like Michelangelo Buonarroti because we can bothe complete large tasks if we set our minds to them. I feel I am well rounded in school work and sports just like he was well rounded. I also think that architecture is interesting. Alex N

I beleive that I am the closest to Sofonisba Anguissola. She was one of the only famous women of her time. She gained her popularity and respect of her portraits of many high up people. She also brought depth to her paintings. One reason I think that we are alike is because she had a high education and I am trying to get a very high education by either going to the University of Chicago or maybe Ivy League. Just like her adding depth to her paintings when ever I use my oil pastels to make landscapes I always use perspective and depth. Lastly, she set a high and virtuous standard for women, just like I have to set an example for my younger female cousins. We are both smart and strong women, which is why we are similar.

I feel that I am most like Sofonisba Anguissola. She was one of the only notable female painters of the Renaissance. She painted self-portraits and portraits of Philip II. She painted to show "womanly virtue." I consider her to be the first feminist. That is one reason that I feel that I am like her. We both deny the idea that a woman should be simple and content to work in the home. We both consider that women can be intelligent, sometimes even more intelligent than men. We both paint, but I do not paint self-portraits. I mostly paint figments of my own imagination.

I am most like William Shakespeare because my ancestry is English, I'm intelligent (to some extent), and I enjoy creative writing.

I am like Dante Alighieri because he was famous for his poetry & I like to write poetry, he wrote poetry about loved ones like I do, & he thinks politically as well as me.

I think I am most like Desiderius Erasmus because he wrote a satire, which is basically making fun of something, on the church and I often like to make fun of things. also he criticized the church,Though I haven't done it nearly as openly as he, I often let my opinions known no matter how controversial. also just the fact that he was a writer, because I too enjoy writing.

I am most like Tiziano Vecellio because we both like rich colors, we both have had the desire to become rich, and we both can create drama.
-Jake S.
I am most like Raphael Sanzio, who was a Florentine painter and architect. We both strived for recognition, had an interest in religious works, and liked to portray without embellishment, such as his painting of the virgin mary in peasant clothing.
Quinn S.
I am most like Hans Holbein because I am German, I like to draw, and he has been to multiple countries.

I feel that I am most like Giotto di Bondone in a couple ways. First, I feel like I am like Giotto because he is a realist and whenever I paint, I tend to paint very realistic(not in skill) pictures. Another reason I am like Giotto is he tends to have things in his pictures overlapping to make them look farther away, and I do that sometimes when I draw. Lastly, I am like Giotto because because he was one of the earlier artists of his time and I am like thatbecause my pictures are always very original and similar to only themselves.

I feel I am like Erasmus because we both criticize the church.

I feel as if Sofonisba Anguissola and I are closely related. We both believe that women can do more than what the stereotype of a woman "can do". We both are independent and aren't afraid to express our own opinion on something.
